The following order and return policy applies to retail customers placing orders through Freehandbib.com.  Wholesalers please refer to the AC ADLER LLC wholesale policy.

 

ORDERS

All order receipts are provided to the customer via customer email.

If there are any issues with ordering online, please contact customer service through the CONTACT US form or call 1-800-699-6280.

Orders can be taken over the phone.  Please refer to the next section “FORMS OF PAYMENT & SECURITY OF INFORMATION” for card payment options.

For orders requiring a gift note, please specify this upon checkout in the Order Notes.  Please be sure to indicate the names of the sender and the recipient in the Order Note.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT & SECURITY OF INFORMATION

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card payments are processed through Square, Inc., WooCommerce, Paypal or Amazon. Checks, money orders and e-checks are not accepted.  Payments taken for orders taken over the phone will be handled by Square, Inc. However various other forms of payment may be accepted through Paypal or Amazon. Please refer to Paypal or Amazon for further information of various forms of payment.

All forms of payment through Square, Inc., WooCommerce, Paypal and Amazon are secure. Furthermore Freehandbib.com is a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) website to further ensure the customer’s information will not be made available to other than the processing companies listed above.

Promotional pricing at discounted rates will automatically appear from time to time and will be included in the total price of the order.

Credit card and payment information is not stored in any AC ADLER LLC database.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Purchases made through Freehandbib.com will be processed within 2-5 business days. Approximate shipping times vary depending on quantity of products ordered.

With the exception of large wholesale orders, items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Customers pay USPS FOB (Freight on Board).

For orders of 1-2 products, delivery is sent First Class.

For orders of 3 or more, delivery is sent via Priority Mail.

AC ADLER LLC is not responsible for the shipping and handling performance after it is released to the United States Postal Service or any International postal service. Shipping costs of orders are non-refundable due to negligence on part of the United States Postal Service or any International postal service.

A tracking number will be provided to the customer’s email upon customer request.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS or their domestic postal service for any and all concerns involving the shipment of their order.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, the original purchaser of the product must contact AC ADLER LLC directly for a return. The original purchaser will then be provided an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the product and will be responsible for return shipping costs on the item(s). Please include a copy of the receipt when originally purchased. Once the item is received, a refund of the item purchase price (including tax where applicable) will be issued.

The original customer’s shipping costs on the original order and return RMA shipment will not be refunded under this RETURNS section.

If an item is returned that had received Free Shipping in the original shipment, a refund will be provided less the original shipment costs.

 

REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Replacement of defective items are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Defective items must be returned prior to an exchange. However the customer must follow the RMA procedure listed under “RETURNS” before a replacement is issued.  The defective items will be inspected by a Quality Control Specialist to determine the cause of defect.  If the cause of defect was due to manufacturing, a replacement will be sent at no extra charge. If it is determined that the item was damaged due to abuse or improper use and handling, the customer will be provided an explanation as to the possible cause of damage and will not be issued a replacement.

If the customer’s desire is to return the product without replacement due to manufacturer defect, a refund of the order will be issued according to the RETURNS section of this policy.

Inspections of item(s) and exchange, returns or refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of RMA delivery.
